Business Analyst - FMCG

Our client is a well-established homegrown F&B brand with a strong retail presence across Malaysia and Singapore. Known for the quality and consistency of their product, they operate multiple retail outlets and are led by a data-savvy management team that has invested deliberately in technology and process improvement as core drivers of their next phase of growth.

The Role

You will be joining a small but high-impact Business Improvement team which works across departments to understand pain points and build analytical tools that make information accessible and actionable across the organisation. You will be given real scope, real problems, and the autonomy to solve them. As part of the role, you will:

• Design and develop PowerBI dashboards across Procurement, HR, Sales, and Operations.
• Reduce manual reporting through better data infrastructure and smarter process design.
• Engage stakeholders to diagnose their real data needs, and push back where a proposed solution is not actually the right answer.
• Build outputs that travel across departments to lend insight that serves multiple stakeholder groups.
• Replicate in-house what was previously outsourced but with greater customisation and speed over time.
• Work with existing systems to extract, clean, and structure data for downstream use across the organisation.

Who We Are Looking For

You have hands-on PowerBI experience and dashboards you have built that others have actively used. You are commercially curious, structured in how you think, and comfortable challenging a brief when the underlying need points somewhere different. Backgrounds in engineering, operations, consulting, or supply chain analytics are all relevant. Career pivoters are welcome provided data analytics fundamentals are strong.
