We are seeking a highly capable Clinical Business Analyst to act as the bridge between healthcare operational teams and IT managed service providers. This role ensures that technology solutions, upgrades, support activities, and digital initiatives align seamlessly with clinical and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, healthcare domain awareness, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Coordination & IT Service Alignment
Act as the primary liaison between healthcare operations, IT service providers, and vendors.
Coordinate system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance while minimizing operational disruption.
Support incident resolution by providing business/clinical context to technical teams.
Monitor IT service performance and escalate issues proactively.
2. Clinical & Business Workflow Analysis
Engage with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to understand workflows and challenges.
Document business processes, requirements, and system interactions via SOPs, BRDs, and workflow diagrams.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology improvements.
Conduct gap analysis and support solution recommendation activities.
3. Digital Transformation & System Support
Support digital initiatives involving EMR, HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, and other healthcare platforms.
Facilitate UAT, user feedback cycles, and change management activities.
Assist with training, onboarding, and system adoption.
Participate in long-term digital transformation planning.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Serve as the communication bridge between onsite healthcare teams, IT leadership, and service vendors.
Lead meetings, workshops, and system review sessions.
Provide clear updates on IT initiatives, system performance, and issue resolutions.
Build strong relationships with clinicians, department heads, and IT service managers.
5. Reporting & Compliance Support
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on system performance, service trends, and improvement opportunities.
Support compliance with:
HIPAA Health data privacy best practices
HL7 Clinical data exchange standards
GDPR Data protection principles
Assist in both internal and external audit preparation with proper documentation and evidence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Business Administration.
Preferred: Master's degree (MBA / Health Informatics / IT Management).
Certifications (Preferred)
Experience
37 years in IT managed services, healthcare IT, business analysis, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience in documentation, workflow mapping, and IT service coordination.
Understanding of healthcare operational processes and clinical workflows.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and clinical environments.
