About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our digital transformation initiatives in the insurance sector. You will play a key role in driving multi-market projects, ensuring business requirements translate into successful technology solutions, and enabling operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis for digital transformation projects, from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets to understand business processes, identify pain points, and define solutions.
- Drive process improvements and support system implementations, including CRM and Contact Center initiatives where applicable.
- Manage and engage stakeholders effectively, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
- Support change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven Business Analyst experience in digital transformation projects, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Experience managing multi-market projects and navigating cross-regional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or Contact Center transformations is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
