Responsibilities:
Responsible for clients project implementation on HR systems and payroll systems across APAC countries.
As the main contact point for clients, proactively collaborate with clients to understand user requirements.
Work closely with developers and QA on system configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure successful implementation and delivery of system solutions.
Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including plans, requirements, and progress updates, to ensure transparency and alignment among all stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, project progress updates, technical deployment and UAT.
Provide clients and user training, post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in client servicing project implementation is MUST
Sound knowledge of HR systems such as payroll module, eLeave, time & attendance, etc.
Experience with ETL processes, databases, and API integration is preferred.
