Business Analyst

Description:

• Analyze, define, and manage business requirements, user stories, and BRDs to support digital product delivery.
• Prepare approval papers, governance documents, research, and analysis for new digital initiatives.
• Support UAT, regression testing, production validation, and manage production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Contribute to the digital banking strategy and roadmap, focusing on customer experience, digital adoption, and operational excellence.
• Drive customer journey transformation, process redesign, automation, and self-service capabilities to simplify end-to-end servicing and reduce branch/contact centre dependency.
• Collaborate closely with business, operations, technology, design, and other stakeholders, applying Agile, design thinking, and customer-centric approaches.
• Use Figma, Jira, Confluence, data insights, analytical and critical-thinking skills to deliver intuitive, scalable digital experiences while demonstrating strong communication, stakeholder management, adaptability, and resilience.
