About the Role
We are looking to expand our development team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be part of a development team that is working on state-of-the-art technologies in the finance industry to deliver quality solutions to our customers. You will work in a diverse team of cross functional engineers that come from different backgrounds both culturally and technically.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery, from initial discovery through development and post-go-live support for large-scale initiatives
- Lead the process of gathering, clarifying, and refining business and technical requirements, converting them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional specifications
- Maintain full traceability between business objectives, requirements, designs, testing, and release activities
- Assist product owners with backlog management, prioritization, and planning for releases
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to evaluate design trade-offs, determine sequencing, and manage dependencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis within complex, multi-team, and regulated environments
- At least 2+ years experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proven experience in hands-on technical analysis/development involving APIs, microservices, and application/system integration programs
- Proficiency in creating UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, and system context maps
- Solid understanding of non-functional requirements such as performance, resilience, security, and observability.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of BPMN and DMN is an added advantage
- Prior experience in coding or software development
- Exposure to change management practices is beneficial

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and simplify complex concepts
- Expertise in facilitating workshops, story-mapping sessions, and guiding decision-making processes
- Highly analytical with structured problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
