Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong insurance domain knowledge, particularly in claims, to support business and technology teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work with technical teams, and supporting project delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical teams and business users to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Support the analysis and improvement of insurance claims processes and systems.
- Assist the Project Manager (PM) in project coordination, planning, and tracking deliverables.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and requirement review sessions with stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation including BRD, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Travel to client sites when required based on project needs.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 2+ years of insurance industry experience, specifically in insurance claims.
- Strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with development and technical teams.
- Basic project management exposure and ability to support project delivery activities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
