ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a product-minded individual who thrives at the intersection of users, technology, and business—someone who can transform technical capabilities into products that users genuinely love. You will play a key role in shaping our AI-native fintech products from an early stage, working closely with our engineering team in China and clients across North America. You do not need to be an AI expert. What matters most is strong product thinking, deep user empathy, and a willingness to learn quickly. We will support your journey into the AI domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling user journeys, product narratives, and real-world use cases.
- Lead product discovery by engaging with users and clients to identify real problems and determine what should be built.
- Create clear and actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), prioritize effectively, and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Collaborate daily across time zones and cultures with engineering teams in China and clients in North America.
- Use data and product metrics to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve products through rapid iteration.
- Incorporate AI tools into your daily product workflow, with onboarding support provided by the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Product Thinking & User Empathy
- Strong ability to identify problems, define product opportunities, and communicate compelling product stories.
- Able to clearly articulate why users would adopt and love a product.
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts and IT terminology with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and international clients.
- Working proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
Ownership & Execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a strong bias toward execution and results.

- Fast learner with genuine curiosity.
- Comfortable exploring new tools, technologies, and domains.
- Willing to be hands-on and actively involved in product development and delivery.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools, including: AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Systems, Tool Use / Function Calling, Prompt Engineering, AI-Native Product Design. (This is a plus, not a requirement. We will help you deepen your expertise in these areas.)
- Experience in fintech or financial services, such as: Wealth Management, Banking, Payments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using metrics and data to drive product decisions.
