Our client is seeking a
Japanese-Speaking Technical Business Analyst to serve as a key technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. You will turn business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing fintech solution specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead stakeholder workshops to define, document, and baseline functional scope, acceptance criteria, and BRDs.
- Analyze workflow gaps, map data flows, and design systems for seamless integration and exception handling.
- Define non-functional standards (performance, scalability) and ensure adherence to security protocols (PCI-DSS, encryption, authentication).
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and align cross-functional teams (tech, business, QC) to meet delivery milestones.
Requirements- Business-level communication and fluency in Japanese (oral & written).
- Experience creating functional specifications, user stories, NFRs, and mapping integration/data workflows.
- Knowledge of fintech security standards (PCI-DSS, encryption, authentication).
- Hands-on with process mapping (Draw.io, Lucidchart), data tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI), and familiarity with ATDD practices.
Nice-to-Have- 2-4 years and above as a Technical BA/SA in payments, banking, or fintech.
- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) or BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
