Responsibilities
- Support company expansion initiatives, including market studies and feasibility assessments
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to provide insights for business improvement
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of business initiatives
- Track and analyze performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities
- Support the formulation and execution of short-term and long-term strategic plans
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning exercises in alignment with strategic goals
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in planning, strategy or financial data analysis is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of BI tools is an advantage)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare and interpret business reports
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel outstation as and when required for business meetings, outlet visits, or project coordination
