We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to support project delivery, requirement gathering, and stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on BA experience who are looking to grow into project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS)
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement elicitation sessions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
- Perform gap and impact analysis
- Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and validation
- Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews)
- Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and multiple tasks/projects
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations (preferred)
Contract Duration: 1-Year contract (with option to extend)
