Business Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

Description

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and will be responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting project management efforts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the SEA region.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support project management by tracking project progress and maintaining project documentation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
