Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Malay Language) to work on a full-time basis. The role involves analyzing large content in English and Malay, validating claims through research, and collaborating with large language models to improve AI systems.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks in English and Malay.

• Conduct online research to validate claims made in content and provide detailed annotations.

• Answer analytical questions and create scenarios to train large language models.

• Identify and correct errors in model outputs with clear explanations.

• Work with AI teams to fine-tune and improve model performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and English comprehension skills are required.

• Ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into logical blocks.

• Proficient in conducting online research to validate claims.

• Experience providing constructive feedback and detailed annotations.

• Creative and lateral thinking abilities to solve puzzles and create training scenarios.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
