Business Analyst – Banking System Enhancement (Islamic Finance Product Rollout)

Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Banking System Enhancement efforts, specifically for the rollout of Islamic finance products in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing existing systems, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of new features to enhance our banking services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the Islamic finance product rollout.
• Analyze current banking systems and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Create detailed functional specifications and use cases to support the development of new features.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate project progress and gather feedback from relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the testing phase to ensure that enhancements meet business requirements and function as intended.
• Support training initiatives for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system features.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and products.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies such as Agile, UML, or BPMN.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
