Job description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hospital front office and billing experience to support healthcare revenue cycle systems, billing workflows, and financial integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse OPD, IPD, and ER registration processes
- Document billing workflows including split billing and E-invoicing
- Support testing, UAT, and Go-Live
- Train end users and support system rollouts
- Work with finance, operations, and IT teams
Requirements:
- Hospital back-office experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- OPD / IPD / ER registration
- Billing & collections
- Corporate & insurance billing
- Split billing & E-invoice
- GL concepts
- Exposure to HIS billing modules preferred
