Responsible for overall accountability on business deliverables and and ensuring delivery on time to meet organisational and departmental goals.

Lead business requirement discussions with business stakeholders and relevant departments to understand business needs and translate them into clear backlog items, requirements, and supporting documentation.
Gather, analyse, document, and maintain business requirements, backlog details, business impact, and volumes.
Coordinate requirements gathering sessions, scope discussions, and stakeholder feedback to ensure readiness for the squad.
Prepare and maintain documentation for regional backlog inclusion, monthly business updates, and governance/risk registers.
Support UAT activities by drafting test cases, preparing UAT plans, coordinating walkthroughs, ensuring test/data readiness, documenting outcomes, and tracking defects.
Support production and incident-related activities by preparing updates, tracking progress, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining logs and documentation.
Assist with governance, risk, audit, compliance, and reporting-related documentation and coordination.
Conduct training/support documentation activities such as user guides and communication materials where required.
Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

5–8 years of relevant business analysis experience.
Experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience supporting UAT planning, test case drafting, defect tracking, and sign-off coordination.
Experience in business process documentation, governance support, and operational coordination.
Experience in financial services or insurance would be an advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business or any discipline.
Business Analysis related certification such as PMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Will be an added advantage.
