Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Dataverse).
Expertise in Power Automate for workflow automation.
Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboards (added advantage).
Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook integration).
Experience with API integration, Azure Functions, and SQL databases.
Familiarity with banking/financial workflows (onboarding, KYC, approval processes) preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Must be local Malaysian candidate
Job Description (JD)
Solution Design & Development
Build and customize Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to support business onboarding flows and internal operations.
Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate for integration with core banking systems, SharePoint, and RPA.
Create user-friendly UI aligned with corporate design standards.
Integration & Data Management
Integrate Power Apps with external APIs, Microsoft 365, and internal banking systems (e.g., LOS, CASA, credit card systems).
Configure Dataverse/SharePoint lists for secure and scalable data storage.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with end users.
Governance, Security & Compliance
Ensure apps adhere to IT governance, security standards, and compliance with PDPA, BNM guidelines, and internal audit requirements.
Implement role-based access control and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
Maintenance & Support
Provide post-deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize app performance.
Document solutions, provide knowledge transfer, and train end users.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with Power Platform features and recommend enhancements for productivity and innovation.
