  • Experience inOneVault (BeyondTrust PAM)
  • IT Integration Analysis (40% technical / 60% functional exposure)
  • Experience inAPI onboarding / API integration (functional knowledge)
  • Requirement gathering & business/functional analysis
  • Process mapping & documentation
  • ITIL service operations & change management
  • Experience withJIRA & Confluence (expert level)
  • Experience withAzure DevOps Board (ADO)
