Role: Business Analyst/Project Coordinator

Job Description:
Contributing to the planning and monitoring of projects, ensuring that solutions stay within scope and budget, and assisting in the implementation of new systems or processes.
2. Solution Design:
Working with teams to develop and implement solutions that address identified business problems, helping to maximize production and efficiency.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate these insights to stakeholders.
4. Business Process Improvement:
Evaluating current business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
5. Requirement Gathering & Documentation:
Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements from various stakeholders using methods like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Acting as a liaison between business units and IT, collaborating with project managers, and communicating key findings and recommendations to management and teams.
