Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Improve requirement clarity, reduce delivery defects, and enhance delivery efficiency through strong analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to understand system architecture and technical constraints.
- Facilitate tech requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Analyze existing applications, APIs, databases, and integration points.
- Support solution design discussions by evaluating business and technical impacts and gaps.
- Interpret technical documentation and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
- Strong SQL skills with ability to:
- Write complex queries
- Perform data validation
- Analyze datasets
- Troubleshoot data issues
- Experience supporting software development or digital product initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Data teams.
