Collaborate with project teams to gather client requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
Assist in the implementation of financial and actuarial solutions using various software tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Power Automate).
Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements throughout the implementation process.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand clients pain points, and offer expert advice on technical solutions, including the implementation of data visualization tools and automation workflows.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and solutions developed.
Assist in ad hoc events as required.
Build automation workflows and BI dashboards using data visualization tools.
Ideal Profile
What we are looking for:
Preference will be given to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
Quick learner who enjoys learning new technologies, tools, or knowledge.
Coding experience (e.g., VBA, Python, SQL) gained during coursework or projects is highly preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with experience in a similar fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgments, while also being a collaborative team player.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take the initiative in solving problems.
Familiarity with actuarial, finance, or accounting concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
