Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Functional with strong LMS and enterprise system implementation experience to support large-scale, technology-driven transformation initiatives. This role operates in a fast-evolving, complex environment where scalable systems, strong process alignment, and effective change management are critical to success.
The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Functional Analysis
- Analyze end-to-end business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and Learning & Development (L&D).
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, process reengineering, and system optimization.
LMS Implementation (Core Focus)
- Hands-on experience delivering Learning Management System (LMS) implementations in vendor / system integrator / consulting environments.
- Active involvement across the full LMS implementation lifecycle, including:
- Requirements gathering and solution design
- Experience working with multiple LMS modules.
- Delivered end-user and administrator training and developed user guides and admin documentation.
Project & Delivery Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, including Gantt charts, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Experience managing project milestones, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Familiar with Agile and hybrid delivery models, working closely with development and QA teams.
Requirements & Documentation
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions.
- Expertise in producing:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Use Cases and User Stories
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and deployment.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Proven ability to work with C-level executives, business users, and technical teams.
- Strong skills in expectation management, issue resolution, negotiation, and influencing.
- Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Tools & Skills
- Process flows, system diagrams, and UML using Visio and Draw.io.
- Microsoft Word (BRDs, FSDs, project plans, user/admin guides, MoMs).
- Microsoft PowerPoint (executive and client presentations).
- Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, formulas).
- Agile tools such as Trello and Azure DevOps.
Additional Experience
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong collaboration skills; experience mentoring junior consultants.
- Solid background in consulting, vendor, or system integrator environments.
- Exposure to multiple clients, industries, and enterprise-scale system implementations, including LMS programs.
