  • As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
  • Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
  • Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Facilitation is required.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Business Requirements Gathering is recommended.
  • Business Process Management (BPM) - Intermediate,
  • Functional Analysis - Intermediate,
  • Stakeholder Management - Intermediate.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate discussions and gather requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess and define business solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
