We are seeking detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our core system migration project across multiple departments. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and aligned with organizational goals.
Departments: Finance, Operations (Underwriting, Customer Service, Claims, System Projects & Policy Administration) Product Development, IT and Actuarial Pricing.

Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Liaise with relevant business departments to gather technical and non-technical business requirements.
- Manage changes to business requirements and perform impact analysis. Assess feasibility of recommended solutions.
- Document clear and accurate functional requirements from business requirements.
- Ensure the solution development team understands the problem and proposed solution.
- Coordinate with the testing team to identify, document, and eliminate system issues.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
- Participate in post-implementation testing to ensure system availability and stability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, guidelines, and regulations.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Service field of study or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 -6 years experience in a role doing business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in the business analysis experience in the insurance industry would be preferred. Expertise on business partnership, ability to understand and define business strategy is ideal. Ability to drive design thinking workshop is ideal.
