Job Summary

The role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, performance reporting, and business analytics to support executive decision making across Client's Group Operations and business units.

The role acts as a strategic analytics partner to senior stakeholders by transforming complex operational and financial data into actionable insights, executive presentations, dashboards, and performance management frameworks.

The incumbent will leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and data visualization capabilities to drive operational transparency, identify opportunities for improvement, and support business transformation initiatives.

The role requires a highly analytical individual with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Accountabilities

Performance Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze operational, customer, financial, and productivity metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Develop analytical models and business cases to support strategic and operational decision making.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on operational performance, cost-to-serve, customer experience, workforce productivity, and transformation initiatives.
• Generate actionable recommendations based on facts, data, and business insights.
• Support target setting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance benchmarking across client business units.

Executive Reporting & Presentation Development

• Develop high-quality executive reports, scorecards, and management information packs for senior leadership.
• Translate complex data into concise, impactful executive narratives and presentations.
• Design and prepare Board, ExCo, COO, and CEO-level presentations with clear insights and recommendations.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional standards across all reporting deliverables.

Dashboard Development & Digital Solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Build and enhance Power Apps and workflow solutions to improve reporting efficiency and governance.
• Drive reporting automation and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Partner with technology teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting infrastructure.

Performance Management & Governance

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review processes.
• Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards, and measurement methodologies.
• Monitor strategic and operational initiatives and report progress against agreed targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of business performance metrics across stakeholders.
• Track action plans and improvement initiatives arising from governance forums.

Stakeholder Management

1. Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, Customer Experience, Transformation, and stakeholders across multiple regional business units.
2. Facilitate discussions with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
3. Present analytical findings and recommendations confidently to senior client stakeholders.
4. Build strong relationships across functions to drive data-led decision making.

Job Specification

Education & Experience

Professional Qualifications/Licenses

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 8-12 years of experience in business analytics, performance management, reporting, finance, operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience working within financial services, insurance, banking, consulting, or large multinational organizations is preferred.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Knowledge & Technical Skill (Certification - Technical, Product, Industry, etc.)

• Advanced Power BI dashboard design and development.
• Experience building applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Understanding of Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Experience with SQL and large datasets is an advantage.

Advanced MS office Skills Excel skills (mandatory),

including:

• Pivot Tables
• Power Query

• VBA/Macros (preferred)
