AI-driven customization and
Application Modernization , ensuring every solution is a perfect fit for the customer's unique workflow
Key Responsibilities
- Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Sales: Act as the primary technical lead to upsell and cross-sell the full Dynamics 365 suite (Sales, Service, Finance, Supply Chain) and Power Apps.
- AI-Driven Transformation: Lead strategic conversations on integrating Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI into business processes to automate tasks and provide predictive insights.
- App Modernization & Dev: Identify opportunities to migrate legacy on-premise applications to modern cloud architectures and drive the creation of custom mobile and web applications .
- Sales Execution & Quota: Own the technical sales cycle from discovery to close. This is a quota-carrying role where success is measured by revenue growth and solution adoption.
- Stakeholder Bridging: Capture complex business requirements and collaborate with internal developers, Noventiq CoE, or strategic partners to ensure technical feasibility and customer satisfaction.
- High-Impact Proposals: Design, build, and present compelling demos and formal proposals that clearly articulate the ROI of a modernized business application stack.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in a Presales or Consultative Sales role focused on CRM, ERP, or Enterprise Software.
- Technical Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a cloud-first environment.
- AI Savvy: Must be able to demonstrate how AI/ML can be applied to business applications to solve specific industry pain points.
- Development Knowledge: While you don't need to be a full-time coder, you must understand the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to effectively brief development teams.
- Presentation Mastery: Exceptional ability to present to both technical leads and business owners (CFOs, COOs, Sales Directors).
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in Dynamics 365 (Sales/Service) or Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200/PL-400).
