Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Understanding of client business across different streams and ability to map the usage of SAP modules to each of their business processes at a high level.
  • Report weekly, Monthly progress on team, operational performance.
  • Liaison with support team for operational topics and enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on complex issues and Change Requests.
  • Ability to address ad-hoc queries from the client at a business process level or technical level independently across SAP functional modules.
  • Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and to keep them updated on related IT matters.
  • Guide the support team on a day-to-day basis ensuring quality deliverable within defined SLAs.
  • Track & manage escalations effectively ensuring a smooth closure of Incidents.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT major incidents.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Expert proficiency in Team Lead Experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP SD Functional.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
