Accenture RTM requires a solution consultant who will partner with the Sales team on our Route to Market Solutions and Services.
Solution Consultant are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for our Customers
Accenture NewsPage and Route to Market Solution Consultant, with background in manufacturing related sales and distribution processes is beneficial.
Demonstrate the Accenture Route to Market solution (products and services) tailored according to the audience, to showcase business value and how we help them solve problems and make key strategic decisions
Must be able to articulate product positioning at the technical, executive and business levels
Must work well in a team environment
Will set up and maintain software solution to deliver targeted, persona-based, business driven presentations
Be an expert with respect to the competition and clearly articulate the benefits and differentiators of the platform
Present Accenture Route to Market solutions and products virtually, in-person, at industry events and conferences etc.
Conduct discovery sessions, present solution designs and give best practice recommendations
Work with multiple sales team members to demonstrate product capabilities, adapted to different manufacturing industries, that could include but is not limited to: Fast Moving Consumer Goods, electric and electronics, and medical / pharmaceutical industry stakeholders
Create interactive discussion with prospective customers to get them talking about their problem statements and challenges and be able to respond with product demonstration that showcases how we can help them
Attend client meetings to conduct in depth discovery on the customer's current and future states and positive business outcomes
Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a business expert
Ensuring that the company's product can deliver on the customer's requirements
Creates compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer's required capabilities
Partner closely with our Professional Services / Delivery team to ensure continuity of customer experience
Assists Sales in the response to RFXs / Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
Distill and communicate prospect and customer needs and feedback to Product Management
Willingness to travel
Qualifications
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, including a dynamic and engaging presentation style that inspires confidence
1- 2 years of presales experience at a Software company OR 5 years of experience working at a brand or agency Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise class software solutions
Confident dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience
Have a demonstrated and proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies
Highly coachable with a strong desire to improve and grow as a professional
Expertise in the Technology, Manufacturing or Consumer Goods industries is a plus
Expertise experience in Trade Promotions is a plus
Expertise experience in Sales and Distribution processes is a plus
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
Familiarity in tax requirements is a plus
