The Business Associate programme is a 24-month structured journey aimed at creating and shaping future leaders in Averis who are forward-thinking, and are eager to make an impact in the business.
Through the 24 months, associates will be given job rotation across various functions to gain hands on experience, with added close collaboration with senior leadership. Associates will gain valuable insights into real business challenges while building expertise in areas such as Strategic Management, Strategic Finance, and Business Intelligence & Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing findings and recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategies.
- Attend weekly operational meetings to provide support, consolidate key points, and execute action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a consulting or analytical role
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Experience in data analytics, process automation, operating systems, and business process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective time management and project management abilities.
