Manage the achievement of volume targets, P&L and overall revenue growth, including fee income, of the assigned business centre.
Establish market networking and engagement activities for the overall customer satisfaction needs and bank's franchise growth.
Collaborate with other Division, i.e. Consumer Banking, Strategic Business Development and etc. for cross-selling and customer fulfillment purposes.
Achieve the assigned financial targets of the business centre via solicitation of new business as well as expanding the wallet share of existing customers.
Credit Quality
Manage loan quality of the business centre to ensure minimal credit losses per targets set.
Inculcate behavior of compliance to regulatory, credit and business rules/regulations.
People Management
Manage and coach a team of relationship managers with mixed seniority and experiences for competency, skillset development and succession planning.
Identify skill gap and provide action plan to develop, attract and retain talented staff
Job Requirement
Minimum 5-year managerial sales experiences with solid knowledge of banking operations, services and product offerings
Strong customer service experience with specific focus on relationship management
