Business Consultant—Rail Industry

Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements, while constructively challenging existing processes to drive improvement.
- Document business processes and functional software specifications. You will work closely with the technical team to define and deliver a compliant and feasible solution that will meet customer requirements.
- Enrich designed user interfaces with unique and flexible low-code / no-code capabilities.
- Provide onsite and offsite support for customers, deliver demonstrations and trainings for end users.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring effective support, issue resolution, and end-user enablement.
- Successfully influence project outcomes by mediating conflicting needs and expectations from the various project stakeholders.
- Leverage project deliverables to create reusable assets and best practices for future engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 0—3 years of experience in functional consulting or business analyst role
- Experience with Technology Implementation and Object-Oriented Design.
- Fluent in English speaking.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Rail industry knowledge is a plus
- Optimization techniques knowledge (Linear programming, genetic algorithms, heuristic search techniques, constraint programming) is a plus
- DELMIA Quintiq Knowledge is a plus
- Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, Korean is a plus
