Currently, the company is recruiting a local employee to assist in establishing, leading, and developing its core business in Labuan. They are seeking an individual with a relevant background and in-depth knowledge of the IT industry in Labuan. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be fluent in English.

About the Role:

This role is key to ensuring that day-to-day activities, communication, and task execution to run smoothly and on time. Working closely with leadership and team members to keep things aligned, structured, and moving forward playing a critical role in supporting the business behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal tasks, timelines, and communication.
• Track project and operational progress, ensuring timely completion and accountability.
• Support documentation, scheduling, and basic reporting needs.
• Maintain clear internal records and help standardize company workflows.
• Follow up with team members and external contacts as needed to ensure smooth execution of plans.
• Anticipate operational needs and take initiative to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Technology).
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable coordinating across different functions within the company.

Experience:

• 03 years of work experience in coordination, admin, or operations.
