Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya for a Business & Customer Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and expanding the customer base across commercial and residential segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, building long-term relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Executive will also conduct market research, participate in sales presentations, and support promotional activities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand market reach.
• Solid understanding of Business and commercial practices, including basic sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Prior experience in interior products, furnishings, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
