Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements, data processes, and operational workflows related to regulatory reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into functional and data requirements.
- Support data automation initiatives by analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement ETL-based data transformation and reporting solutions.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used in regulatory reporting.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and data mapping documents.
- Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Support ongoing enhancements and changes as project priorities evolve.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 58+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data/Reporting Analyst.
- Hands-on exposure to ETL tools such as Alteryx, Informatica, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data mapping, and data transformation processes.
- Ability to analyze complex data workflows and business processes.
- Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into functional and data specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting Automation or regulatory reporting processes.
- Knowledge of financial services or banking domain will be an added advantage.
