Qualifications

  • Proven ability in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, market research, and data interpretation skills
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
  • Experience in advertising, marketing, or media industries is advantageous
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and basic office applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Having a good command of the English, Malay and Mandarin language is an advantage
  • Computer literate with good skill in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, independent and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Willing to travel nationwide.

Role description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and establishing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the creative and media teams. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions to potential clients. The Executive will also negotiate contracts, track performance metrics, and ensure that client campaigns align with organizational goals.

Responsibility

  • Develop business by calling new customer. Propose potential business deals by reaching out and contacting potential clients
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant information to the Management.
  • Carry out customer surveys and prepare details proposal or presentation
  • Develop business strategy to attract and secure customers to establish long term business relationship and ensure continuous renewals.
  • Creative, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
