Business Developer & Inspection Coordinator

HIT Global Quality Service is hiring in Kuala Lumpur: Business Developer & Inspection Coordinator. For administrative reasons, only applicants with legal working rights in Malaysia can be considered.

We are seeking a Business Developer and an Inspection Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur.

1) Business Development Executive

What you will do

- Identify and develop new clients in inspection, expediting, audits, and certification services

- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and accurate forecasts

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic costings with input from technical teams

- Coordinate bid submissions, follow up on leads, and close opportunities

- Support marketing activities and represent HIT at meetings and events

What we are looking for

- Based in Greater KL

- 2+ years in B2B sales or account management, preferably in industrial services, oil and gas, energy, or manufacturing

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia. Clear communicator in English. Mandarin is an advantage

- Strong organization, persistence, and client service mindset

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

- Able to travel occasionally within Malaysia and the region

2) Inspection Coordinator

What you will do

- Plan and schedule vendor inspections, FATs, expediting, and audits with clients and inspectors

- Source and brief inspectors, verify certifications, and issue assignment instructions

- Consolidate reports, check completeness, and submit to clients on time

- Track job status, timesheets, and basic cost control

- Maintain databases of vendors, inspectors, and qualifications

What we are looking for

- Based in Greater KL

- 2+ years in project coordination, inspection coordination, or QA/QC admin in industrial sectors

- Solid attention to detail and time management

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia. Clear communicator in English. Mandarin is an advantage

- Good Excel and document control habits. Familiarity with ISO, NDT, or API certifications is an advantage

- Able to work with changing schedules and tight deadlines
