Job Description

We are seeking ambitious, driven individuals to engage with clients, understand their financial goals, and recommend suitable life insurance or family takaful solutions. You will assess client needs, identify coverage gaps, and build strong long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience across the sales cycle, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to generate and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record in full sales cycle, including deal closing
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • CRM experience preferred
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain concepts clearly
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
