Business Development(Agency Recruitment)

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit high-quality anchors/agencies through various social platforms and voice chat/live streaming apps, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and overseas channels.

- Develop and implement training and management programs for anchors/agencies, ensuring they maintain regular broadcasting schedules, perform daily tasks, and participate in events.

- Address feedback from hosts/agencies and provide effective solutions in a timely and responsible manner.

- Monitor basic data results and provide regular feedback to hosts/agencies.

Job requirements

- 2-3 years of experience working with relevant voice/live broadcast apps/platforms is preferred.

- Fluency in English is required.

- Familiarity with voice chat broadcasting/live streaming platforms and a wealth of local resources is preferred.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude towards feedback and the ability to translate ideas into clear and feasible recommendations.
