Reports to:Chief BusinessDevelopment Officer

Business Development is vital to the company's sustained success. You will lead initiatives to generate new business, build strategic partnerships, and execute growth strategies that directlyimpactthe company's performance.

Job Scope:

Business Development & Strategy

  • Identify, source, and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets to support company expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Evaluate and screen potential business deals byanalyzingmarket trends, financial viability, risks, and operational integration.
  • Explore new products or services to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis toidentifyindustry trends, customerbehavior, and growth opportunities.

Client & Account Management

  • Understand clientsobjectives, propose tailored solutions, and conduct professional presentations or demonstrations.
  • Manage and grow key business accounts to achieve sales targets and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients and collaboration partners.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure all confirmed appointments, workshops, and business engagements are properly coordinated and fulfilled.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute business plans aligned with forecasted performance and growth targets.
  • Assess risks and opportunities when integrating new ventures or partnerships into company operations.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, performance reports, and management reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics to ensureobjectivesare met.

Marketing & Partnership Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop engaging content for social media, website, email marketing, and advertising campaigns.
  • Source and engage potential prospects through digital platforms and networking channels.
  • Organize andparticipatein workshops, events, roadshows, and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand presence.
  • Measure marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements for optimization.

Operational & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution andtimelyservice delivery.
  • Support special projects and business initiatives as required by management.
  • Document client feedback and insights for continuous improvement and training purposes.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Core Qualities:

  • Strong commitment to excel and desire to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, an analytical mind, discipline, and the ability to work independently as well part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree inBusinessAdministration, Marketing,or a related field.
  • 35years of relevant working experiencein Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Experience within the Healthcare and/or Wellness sector is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Ability to speak Mandarin dialects such as Cantonese orHokkienis an added advantage.
