Why Were Hiring

We believe partnerships are a multiplier. Collaborations with corporates, NGOs, government agencies, and community groups will help us reach thousands more learners across the region. Thats why were looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Executive to drive and own this motion.

What Youll Do

• Identify and build relationships with potential partners (corporates, NGOs, gov agencies, universities, community groups).
• Manage the full BD pipeline outreach conversations proposals collabs closed.
• Pitch Sigma Schools bootcamp and explore creative collab structures (scholarships, co-branded programs, hiring pipelines, CSR initiatives).
• Work closely with the Growth and Product teams to align collabs with student outcomes.
• Track weekly scorecards (outreach, calls, proposals, closed collabs) and report progress.
• Represent Sigma School in meetings, events, and partner activations.

What Good Looks Like

• Closing at least 2 new collabs per quarter that directly feed students, brand presence, or hiring partner relationships.
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline of 1015 active opportunities at all times.
• Building long-term, winwin relationships not one-off deals.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.
• Strong communicator you can pitch, but more importantly, you can listen.
• Self-starter with a bias for action you move fast and dont wait for permission.
• Comfortable working with founders, HR leaders, NGOs, and government bodies.
• You believe in Sigma Schools mission: helping people change their lives through tech.
