Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development & Client Relationship Executive located in Singapore, with some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include managing and developing strong client relationships, enhancing business partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities. The role entails account management duties, fostering client loyalty, and providing exceptional client service. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs and ensure overall satisfaction, contributing to long-term business success.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Business Development & Client Relationship
• At least 2 years of experience in Client Relations and Account Management
• Good command of the English language
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate well across teams and manage multiple projects
• Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Energetic, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team. 
• Familiarity with regional cultures and business environments is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
• Previous experience in business development or client relationship management is advantageous
