Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and outgoing Business Consultant with experience in technical sales

within the IT industry. The role focuses on expanding Ocunapse's market presence through

solution-based selling of IT products and technology solutions to both private and government

sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the IT and technology sectors.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and optimize the use of marketing materials, digital platforms, and sales enablement tools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and accounts) to ensure smooth project execution and timely payment collection.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and customer data management.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive business development activities.

Requirements:

  • 35 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT solutions, software, hardware, or technology services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to identify prospects, build networks, and close deals in both private and government sectors.
  • Experience in solution-based selling, addressing client pain points with technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional self-presentation and strong reporting discipline.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
