Business Development Consultant

About the Job:

We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive multi-million ringgit partnerships across corporates, foundations, banks and government agencies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful partnerships, crafting solutions that create real impact, and closing high-value deals that support financial inclusion across Southeast Asia

What You'll Do:

1. Drive end-to-end enterprise sales: prospecting, pitching, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
2. Build and expand strategic partnerships with corporates, banks, foundations, and government bodies.
3. Develop tailored proposals and ROI models to justify investment in PSC programmes.
4. Manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities and convert them into closed revenue.
5. Collaborate closely with project, tech, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery.
6. Represent PSC as a trusted advisor on financial inclusion, ESG, and community impact.

Required Experience & Personal Traits:

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, CSR/ESG consulting, B2B solution-selling or fundraising.
2. Confident engaging with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
3. Strategic, curious, and able to connect business goals with social impact outcomes.
4. Proactive and resourceful to open doors, build trust, and navigate complex organisations.
5. Resilient and calm under pressure, with a growth mindset and a drive to win.
6. A collaborative team player who can also work independently with ownership.
7. A strong storyteller with excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Must possess own transport and laptop.
