Job Summary
This role is responsible to support BD and Ecom function, to drive online sales growth and expand digital revenue channels. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, executing promotional strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing the overall customer journey across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily online sales across marketplaces, website, and social commerce platforms.
- Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns to increase traffic and conversion.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and stock information are accurate and updated.
- Manage promo tools such as voucher codes, bundles, GWP, and flash sales.
- Work closely with Marketing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory updates.
- Collaborate closely with the manager to execute business strategies and achieve operational goals.
- Assist in the coordination of various projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of progress.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to keep the manager informed about potential opportunities or challenges.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and project updates.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Online Marketplace Management, or Business Development, managing online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Familiar with campaign mechanics (bundling, GWP, flash sales, promo codes)
- Detail-oriented in pricing updates, stock accuracy, and product listings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Good team player with strong coordination skills.
