Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johore, Malaysia, for a Business Development Executive and Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing strategies to acquire and retain clients. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, managing accounts, and collaborating with the team to create tailored logistics solutions. The position requires strategic planning, client engagement, and contributing to the company's business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify potential markets and clients.
- Proficiency in Business and Account Management to maintain client relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a structured team in a result-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a strong advantage.
