Job Description

To support the growth of the Prior Experiential Learning Rating Agency (PELRA) initiative, we are looking for a high-energy individual who is both a hunter for new corporate leads and a storyteller who can build a brand for our new initiative. If you thrive on autonomy and have a track record of turning digital ads into real-world partnerships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with corporate partners to promote PELRA as a pathway for professional recognition and regulatory compliance.
  • Conceptualize and execute social media advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) specifically targeted at generating high-quality leads.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to HR leaders, corporate stakeholders, and potential candidates.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure the PELRA value proposition is clearly communicated and distinct from other academic pathways (like APEL).
  • Manage the digital presence, including content creation and monitoring ad performance metrics.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Digital Marketing. Experience within the education or professional training industry is a significant advantage.

· Proven experience in managing paid social media ads (Ads Manager) and analysing conversion data.

· Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to nurture leads from initial contact to enrolment.

· Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or other presentation software to create visually compelling decks.

· Exceptional command of English (both written and spoken) with the confidence to engage senior-level corporate executives.

· Ability to work independently without overlapping with broader academic programmes.

· A natural ability to present complex regulatory pathways in an easy-to-understand and enticing manner.
