Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction and to contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Must also have the ability to perform ad-hoc or additional task as assigned by Superior/Management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure opportunities. (Prior experience in professional training or education sectors is an added advantage).
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent Business acumen and an understanding of market trends.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets effectively.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transportation and ability to travel as required by business needs.
