Job Description

Short Summary This Role :

To support Cluster Teams by driving new seller acquisition across Beauty, Makeup & Skincare through potential seller hunt lists, outbound prospecting, and first-touch engagement. Core focus is to build qualified seller pipelines through email blasting, cold calling, and lead generation, enabling Account Managers to focus on seller growth and strategic portfolio management.

Job Responsibilities:

Seller Hunt & Lead Generation:

  • Build and refresh potential seller target lists across Beauty, Makeup & Skincare based on category priorities, trends, and market opportunities
  • Identify prospective sellers including brands, resellers, SMEs, emerging merchants, and social commerce sellers
  • Maintain accurate lead databases, contact lists, and sourcing trackers

Outbound Prospecting:

  • Execute outreach via email blasting, WhatsApp, and approved communication channels
  • Conduct cold calling to introduce platform opportunities and qualify seller interest
  • Follow up consistently with potential leads to improve response and conversion rates
  • Arrange meetings or pass qualified leads to relevant Account Managers

Seller Qualification & Handover:

  • Assess seller readiness, commercial potential, and fit with category priorities
  • Prepare clear handover notes for qualified leads transitioning to AM ownership
  • • Work closely with AMs and Category Managers on pipeline progress and lead quality

Operational Support:

  • Maintain weekly sourcing reports, outreach productivity, and conversion tracking
  • Support campaign-based seller recruitment drives and peak season acquisition pushes
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely tracker updates

Process Improvement:

  • Identify better sourcing channels, outreach methods, and lead generation practices
  • Improve email templates, call scripts, and qualification workflows for stronger efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • At least have 1-2 years experience in e-commerce, telesales, business development, or seller acquisition
  • Mush have Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong confidence in cold calling and outbound communication
  • Familiar with TikTok, eCommerce platforms, and beauty seller ecosystem
  • Organised, target-driven, and able to manage outreach volume consistently
  • Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, account management, or own business is an advantage
