Short Summary This Role :
Our client is hiring an enthusiastic and proactive individual to support and grow our community of online sellers on TikTok Shop Singapore. Based in Kuala Lumpur and working closely with our Singapore-based Acquisition and Incubation team, you will guide new merchants from their initial onboarding through to full platform integration, ensuring they are set up for success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support sellers across key stages of their platform journey, including outreach, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Drive seller registration and participation in platform campaigns and key programs.
- Enhance sales and content performance for both mass-market sellers through scalable initiatives and high-potential sellers through tailored guidance.
- Monitor seller progress and gather feedback to continuously improve training and support.
- Create simple, engaging materials to support seller programs and campaigns as needed.
- Present key platform projects and handle daily or ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, brand management, or seller support.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, livestreaming, and video content.
- Strong desire to learn and grow, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to stay organised and deliver results under pressure.
- Basic design skills, comfortable using Canva or Figma, and able
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential (not necessary) as you will be supporting Singapore-based merchants.
