Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, to create new business opportunities.
  • Present our products/services to potential clients, emphasizing their value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions that match their goals.
  • Keep existing clients engaged by offering solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Manage sales and marketing materials to support business growth.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and strengthen relationships.
  • Assist in finalizing service agreements with new clients, ensuring clarity on deliverables.
  • Adapt strategies based on client feedback and changing requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities or threats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to connect with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Goal-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
